David I Tay, Y2:SPACE’s Principal Designer, is one of the leading designers in the Asian & Middle-Eastern regions. He holds a diverse portfolio of residences, hotels, banking halls, offices and museums. He is proud of his Chinese heritage and it shows in many of his design themes.
