CORPORATE ANNOUNCEMENT


We are pleased to announce a change of name for all our overseas operations from Y2:SPACE HONG KONG LIMITED, to yi-e Space Limited.

This change is predicated on a current development within our Company in respect of a strong Vision that seeks to integrate old and new values to bring to the business continuity. “yi-e” (奕), an expression inspired from our Asian heritage, symbolizes a Company:


▪ Aspiring towards excellence and uniqueness in creativity;       
 
▪ Seeking talent to move us into a new ethos in design making us, in a cosmopolitan context, lifestyle specialists;

▪ Inspiring a belief in not only the wisdom of an older generation, but the freshness of not just the next, but generations to come;

▪ Inculcating within the company a strong flow of energy from a “people culture” working together in harmony, to always seek new grounds for a greater world of design and lifestyle.
